  • Keep in mind that I can refuse your commission if I don't feel comfortable with it.

  • I require payment before I start your order. So payment is upfront, and I do not accept payment plans.

  • Please provide a clear reference of your character. If the character reference is NSFW, please censor it! I do not do commissions with descriptions of characters.

  • If you commission me, you are agreeing to my terms of service as well, accepting not to make a chargeback of the commission payment.

  • Credit is required. Do not claim the artwork as yours.

  • All drawings are for personal, non-commercial use

𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

  • I only accept payments via PayPal invoice or Wise; all prices are in USD.

  • I do not make refunds of finished pieces.

  • If you want a refund, you can only request it if the estimated time has passed (4 months). I will not refund finished pieces, only those not started or in the sketch stage. (This doesn't mean you have to charge back on PayPal; just message me to discuss it).

  • My commissions do not have additional fees.

  • I will post the commissioned work if the client permits me to do it.

𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞

  • Feel free to contact me at any time to check your order status.

  • I do not offer deadlines due to my slow workflow.

  • Patience will be appreciated since I work slowly; otherwise, any other issue will be announced.

  • Turnaround time for the finished piece depends on your number in the queue; the general estimate is 2 to 4 months.

𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

  • The canvas size is about 2500 x 2500 to 3500 x 3500. If you want a bigger canvas, feel free to request it. (you can't request me to resize the drawing when the commission is complete.)

  • Progress of the commission will be sent for approval.

  • You can change the character of your commission as many times you want until I do the sketch idea, when the lines are done you cannot request me to change the character.

  • Once the piece is delivered, you can request small changes or additions to the piece.

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄

  • ⚠️I DO RECOMMEND saving the images in case you accidentally delete the character/images or your account gets closed. I WILL NOT save them; I do delete all the files once I finish a design. I will not be responsible if any of this happens. ⚠️

  • Please keep in mind that I do not make refunds of adoptables.

  • Do not claim the design as your own.

  • When purchasing a design off me, you are accepting my TOS, as well, and you accept NOT to make a chargeback of the payment.

  • You can redesign them as you want, but please credit me for the original design. Please, if you redesign, do not separate the designs. Do not sell their alternative palettes or versions like they're different characters. You can draw over the original image to make edits to the design. I do recommend having the original file saved, though!

  • If you bought a design by me, you can use it commercially, but please credit me!

  • You cannot profit off my artwork, but feel free to profit off the character design (merchandising).

  • Resell them for the price you paid plus the worth of additional art. (If it does

  • not have any additional value, please resell it for its original price).

  • You may trade, sell, or gift the design. (even if you received it via trade. you can resell for the original price.)

  • I'm uncomfortable with problematic stuff, but also I do not have power over what people can do with the design (since they have the full rights). Just want to be clear I'm not comfortable with this content.

  • Co-ownership is allowed. Please do not involve me in any conflict that may occur.

  • I will revoke a design if I receive a chargeback of the payment, or if you transform their alternative palettes/versions into different characters to make a profit from their variants.
