  • Keep in mind that I can refuse your commission if I don't feel comfortable with it.

  • I require payment before I start your order. So Payment is upfront and I do not accept payment plans.

  • Please provide a clear reference of your character, I do not do commissions with descriptions of characters.

  • If you commission me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, as well, accepting not to make a chargeback of the commission payment.

  • Credit is required. Do not claim the artwork as yours.

𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

  • I only accept payments via PayPal invoice, all prices are in USD.

  • No refunds. If for some reason I need to make a refund, I will contact the client. I do not make refunds of finished pieces.

  • My commissions do not have additional fees.

  • I will post the commissioned work if the client permits me to do it.

  • I do not offer deadlines due that my workflow is slow.

  • Patience will be appreciated since I work slow, otherwise any other issue will be announced.

  • The canvas size is about 2500 x 2500 to 3500 x 3500. If you want a bigger canvas, feel free to request it. (you can't request me to resize the drawing when the commission is complete.)

  • Progress of the commission will be sent for approval.

  • You can change the character of your commission as many times you want until I do the sketch idea, when the lines are done you cannot request me to change the character.

  • Once the piece is delivered, you can request small changes or additions to the piece.

  • Please keep in mind that I do not make refunds of adoptables.

  • When purchasing a design off me, you are accepting my TOS, as well, you accept to NOT make a chargeback of the payment.

  • You can redesign them as you want, but please credit me for the original design.

  • Do not claim the design as your own.

  • You cannot profit off my artwork, but feel free to profit off the character design. (if you bought it ofc)

  • Resell them for the price you paid + worth of additional art. (If it does not have any additional value, please resell it for its original price).

  • You may trade, sell, or gift the design.

  • Do not use them for any proshipping related stuff. (I know I cannot control what people do with their characters, but this is to make sure people know I'm uncomfortable with this content). The only thing I can do is block or blacklist.

  • If you bought a design by me, you can use them commercially, but please credit me!

  • Co-ownership is allowed.

  • I do not revoke designs for breaking rules, at the end is your character if you bought it (the only thing I can do is block or blacklist) I will only do it if I receive a chargeback of the payment.
